Whole Person Training and Consulting Services is committed to the provision of quality services that are effective and promote continuous learning, improvement and personal growth and development individually, in groups/teams and in the larger organization.

Process Facilitation

This service involves assisting clients in the designing of meeting or planning sessions by developing purpose, outcomes and the agenda; and then facilitating the process.

Organizational Development Consulting

This service involves the provision of consultative services on activities that increase the health and effectiveness of a team, group or organization so that they can achieve their goals and meet their challenges. Areas covered in this service line include:
• Organizational assessment/problem identification
• Organizational issues resolution
• Workplace interventions
• Change and transition management
• Team development

Coaching and Counseling

This service involves the provision of counseling to clients using a problem-solving process and referral mechanisms when the situation warrants it.

Facilitation of the Whole Person Leadership Development Program (LDP)

This service line involves the delivery of any of the workshops that make up the LDP based on client need. The LDP is open to client managers, supervisors, team leaders and employees who are interested in advancing their skills in leadership.

Customized Learning Events

This service line involves working with an organization to determine specific learning needs and then designing and delivering training based on those expressed needs.
